Below are described instructions for Mobile Dialer installation and configuration on different mobile operation systems. The dialer can be downloaded from here.

Blackberry Tablet OS

  1. Download the MobileDialer from the web. Smartphone will perform the automatic installation of the dialer once download will finish.
  2. Start the MobileDialer from the installed applications folder. 
  3. On the first startup of the dialer, you should grant a trusted application status to the dialer which will allow you to run the dialer on the smartphone.
  4. You should adjust the permissions of the dialer to use your smartphone's connectivity services.
  5. Insert the operator code - 11993.
  6. Insert the username and password defined in the SIP account management on the PortaBilling billing server.
  7. Indicate the caller ID which is identical to the username.
  8. Save the inserted settings.
  9. Do dial the number, insert the international number in E164 format (ex: +(country code)(area code)(phone number) or any other number according to the configured dialing rules and press the Dial button.
  10. To receive the call, dial from any phone the username of your account. The mobile dialer on your smartphone will ring.

Note: You may use the address book of your smartphone to dial the number. You may optionally see your balance on the screen of mobile dialer.

Android OS

  1. Download the MobileDialer from the web. If the settings of your phone deny applications downloaded from destinations other than the Android Market, then you will need to grant access for downloading the MobileDialer installation file.
  2. Install the dialer to the phone memory. 
  3. Press Done when installation is completed.
  4. Run the mobile dialer from applications folder.
  5. Insert the operator code - 11993.
  6. Insert the username and password defined in the SIP account management on the PortaBilling billing server.
  7. Indicate the phone number which is identical to the username.
  8. Enable Autostart if you wish to start the dialer in the backgroud after each restart of the smartphone.
  9. Save the inserted settings.
  10. Do dial the number, insert the international number in E164 format (ex: +(country code)(area code)(phone number) or any other number according to the configured dialing rules and press the Dial button.
  11. To receive the call, dial from any phone the username of your account. The mobile dialer on your smartphone will ring.

Note: You may use the address book of your smartphone to dial the number. You may optionally see your balance on the screen of mobile dialer.

Symbian OS

  1. Download the MobileDialer from the web.
  2. Install the dialer to the phone memory.
  3. Accept the license agreement.
  4. Insert the operator code - 11993
  5. Insert the username and password defined in the SIP account management on the PortaBilling billing server.
  6. Indicate the phone number which is identical to the username.
  7. Enable Autostart if you wish to start the dialer in the backgroud after each restart of the smartphone.
  8. Choose a preferred internet connection. The selected connection will be used for making calls. If the preferred connection fails, you will be asked to choose another internet connection.
  9. Save the inserted settings.
  10. Do dial the number, insert the international number in E164 format (ex: +(country code)(area code)(phone number) or any other number according to the configured dialing rules and press the Dial button.
  11. To receive the call, dial from any phone the username of your account. The mobile dialer on your smartphone will ring.

Note: You may use the address book of your smartphone to dial the number. You may optionally see your balance on the screen of mobile dialer.

Apple Iphone iOS

  1. Go to Apple Store.
  2. Search for ItelMobileDialer.
  3. Download the application.
  4. Install it.
  5. Run the application from your Iphone's memory.
  6. Insert the operator code 11993.
  7. Insert the username and password defined in the SIP account management on the PortaBilling billing server.
  8. Indicate the caller ID which is identical to the username.
  9. Save the inserted settings.
  10. Do dial the number, insert the international number in E164 format (ex: +(country code)(area code)(phone number) or any other number according to the configured dialing rules and press the Dial button.
  11. To receive the call, dial from any phone the username of your account. The mobile dialer on your smartphone will ring.
